Our tours are ideal for drivers and passengers who appreciate premium travel experiences, well-planned itineraries, and a sociable group setting. They suit individuals, couples, friends, and families depending on the tour format. It is for experienced drivers with a mature sense of driving.

Most prestige, performance, sports, grand touring, and supercars are welcome, provided they are roadworthy, insured, and suitable for long-distance touring. Please view a list of cars (hyperlink). If you are unsure whether your car is suitable, contact us before booking.


This depends on the specific tour.

We generally aim to keep Motorcycle tours separate to our car tours as they can be quite difficult to merge them together based on safety reasons. Some roads are quite narrow and may only be suitable for Motorcycles.

No. You do not need a supercar unless a specific event says otherwise. The focus is on enjoying a premium touring experience with like-minded people, not on owning the most expensive vehicle.

Yes. Most tours allow passengers, and many are designed to be enjoyed as a shared experience. In some cases there are no additional charges for passengers, whilst some hotels do charge additionally per person, sharing.

Most of our tours are family-friendly and some are adults-focused. The suitability of children depends on the hotel, itinerary, driving duration, and tour style. Please make enquiries before making any booking some more hotels have an adults only access to spas all the children can join the tour, some facilities may not be accessible to them depending on the age Group.

Many tours include hotel accommodation as part of the package. The hotel standard, room basis, and number of nights will be clearly shown in the tour details.

We always aim to arrange secure, convenient, or reserved parking for the group wherever possible. However, parking arrangements vary by hotel and destination and cannot always be guaranteed unless specifically confirmed by the hotel.

Some tours include breakfast, selected dinners, or hospitality stops.

Others may leave meals flexible.

Each itinerary will specify exactly what is included.

Group size varies by tour between 5-10 cars, but we aim to keep groups well-managed and enjoyable rather than overcrowded. This helps maintain quality, smoother logistics, and a better overall experience.

No. Our tours are structured and coordinated, but they are not racing events and do not require rigid convoy driving. You may choose to:

a. Enjoy the route responsibly and at a comfortable or your own pace while following the itinerary.

This means you are only intending on meeting the group at the destination points and opted out of a group drive.
The group will continue on a time schedule and meet you at the hotel or do a stop for the day.
You may miss out on some photographs and not be included in main scenic point videos and photos.

b. Following a lead car via group guidance. All stops are planned and coordinated.

c. Mixture of both above

No. Strada Elite Tours is not a racing, timing, or competitive driving event. All participants must obey local laws, speed limits, and road regulations at all times. We understand that we performance cars sometimes this may be difficult, but we must ensure everyone is safe at all times. A full group briefing will be held before departure date.

Routes are planned to be enjoyable and memorable, not unnecessarily stressful. Some tours may include mountain roads, narrow scenic sections, or longer driving days, but the level of difficulty will be reflected in the tour description.

Usually yes.

Depending on the tour, route information may be shared in advance, closer to departure, or during the tour in digital or printed format.

 

Unless otherwise stated,You may choose to pay in the following manner provided full payment is received order before two months prior to departure date:

a. Pay a small deposit and the balance over the next few months.

b. Pay the full amount.

Our tours include highly sort After difficult to find scenic locations. In Light of this a basic itinerary would be shared at the time of deposit collection, and a full detail itinerary will be shared at the time of full payment receipt.

Yes. It is required to have some form of navigation especially if you break away from the group (either intentionally or by error). Generally a modern smartphone on a smart phone mount can be used with a charging cable.

In addition, we would not always be using motorways to get their destination. Some routes are handpicked by a root coordinator for the best possible driving experience. Most enthusiast love the winding roads and scenery that go hand in hand to make a perfectly harmonious experience.

You are responsible for carrying all required documents, which may include:

  • Valid driving licence
  • Passport
  • Vehicle V5 registration documents
  • Insurance documents with your name as insured person
  • Breakdown cover details
  • Any legally required items for the countries visited
  • Travel insurance
  • Eurotunnel or Ferry booking details

Yes, for European tours it is required and they should include Accident injury, repatriation and Breakdown cover.

Yes. Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended for all guests, including cover for medical issues, cancellations, and personal belongings.

 

This may be possible depending on timing, rooming arrangements, hotel terms, and the nature of the booking. Any transfer must be approved by us in advance depending manufacturers which we would take into consideration.

We would request this information in advance and forward your request to the hotels or restaurants. We will do our very best to communicate dietary requirements to hotels and restaurants (where included in the itinerary), but this cannot always be guaranteed in every location.

Yes, on many tours we capture selected photography and video content for memories, marketing, and social media. We aim to do this respectfully and in a way that protects the privacy of other guests and members of the public. We request all members to do as many videos and photographs as possible and to share it with the Photographer. All photographs and videos including drone shots would be regarded as the sole property of Strada Elite Tours Ltd, irrespective of who had taken the original photograph. Only share photos and videos if you fully accepting this condition.

Please let us know in advance and we will do our best to respect your preference, although we cannot guarantee complete exclusion from all group or background footage in public spaces, as this can be very tricky and difficult to control.

Yes. We are able to arrange private or bespoke tours for groups, brands, clubs, or special occasions, subject to availability.

Driving into some Ferries, through some mountain Pass roads and access into some car parking spaces may prove to be challenging for very low and very wide cars.

Although we make every effort to ensure careful planning for our tours, access to car parks and request ramps from hotels, we would not be able to make any confirmation in advance until we are at the location of our tour.

We expect all guests to behave respectfully toward other participants, hotel staff, venues, and the public. Dangerous driving, anti-social behaviour, or conduct that harms the group experience may result in immediate removal from the tour. Any report of racism, bullying or harassment in any form will not be tolerated. We kindly ask all guests (and drivers) to please be mindful regarding alcohol consumption.

Availability may be limited, so early enquiry is recommended.

You can book via a part payment method or require a full payment method. Please note our terms and conditions that payments are non-refundable (unless stipulated otherwise).
